Weekly Workshops with Jasmine

Please join me for this class in which we use the motion of the body to heal.

This is a restorative and rehabilitative movement class for active as well as older adults who want to relieve pain and stress and have much greater access to their vital life force. While being seated, laying down and in slow motion dance, the focus of the class will be embodiment based meditations that use mindfulness, Chi and the breath as a means for movement and activating the natural wave motion in the body.
