Level 1: Energy Field
Here you will develop daily habits and skills for grounding, clearing your energy field and space, clearing up past and present unhealthy dynamics, clearing unhealthy patterns out of your system, and nourishing your energy field and system for living at a higher vibration. For each class there will be a group meditation and energy healing. You will develop your own customized daily practice for maintaining your energetic field as well.
6 Weekly Zoom Classes: 3 weeks on, 1 week off (and repeat)
This has on-going enrollment and it works out to be $40/weekly zoom class, ($240 per level).
Level 2: Embodiment
Learn how to dance with your breath and connect it to the subtle movements of your body; all of this teaching you a way to use your body as a vehicle for alchemy and prayer.
Here you will learn how to physically relate to your body as a vehicle for prayerful manifestation and connection to your higher self. This will involve learning skills in developing a deep connection to your self love, eroticism, and sensuality, as well as developing the skills for harnessing your body’s power and pumping of life force through embodiment meditations, wave motion and sacred dance….all involving the breath, movement, and emotional passion. For each class there will be a wave motion meditation and energy healing.
6 Weekly Zoom Classes: 3 weeks on, 1 week off (and repeat)
This has on-going enrollment and it works out to be $40/weekly zoom class, ($240 per level). Level 1 is required before Level 2 (however, there are some exceptions).
