In my work with you, there is nothing more important than safety and working in a co-created process that involves learning what “works for you” and my insight into your process of healing. Much of our work will involve accessing the wisdom of your own heart and the intelligence of your body’s symptoms to guide us in your healing and evolution. In these sessions, I will help you resolve ongoing issues that are represented in your life circumstances and in your overall physical health. I specialize in clearing trauma and in helping you establish physical and emotional boundaries. In this process you will find your center and I will support you in creating healthy dynamics with yourself and others.

I use a combination of energy healing, embodiment based energy work and teachings, and spiritual counsel using my intuitive read, Astrology and Tarot to support you on your journey. The over-arching theme is that I help you to access your own embodiment of your higher self for your own healing and guidance system.

Here is the process for the Embodiment aspect of our work . . .
- I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
- I will open your sensory awareness with guided imagery, attention and breath.
- At this point, you will be in a deep trance-like state and you will be receptive to the energy work. I will begin conducting energy through your system as you are tracking your physical and emotional experience.
- With some clients, I will introduce physical movement such as shaking or kicking to facilitate the purging of traumatic events and invasions.
During some sessions, you may experience strong emotions, memories and physical responses. You also may experience a sense of euphoria and a state of ecstasy. Through our work in these sessions, I will show you how to focus on the sacred feminine energy within us all, move to a place of fully accepting oneself, and to love the divine that can live through us…cleaning up the imprint of the past and how it tends to taint our physical and emotional bodies.

I wanted my offerings to be extremely accessible. Thus, my services are offered in person, on the phone, and on-line. Besides Personal Sessions, I offer an on-going, and open enrollment on-line program called Aphrodite’s Temple so that you can have access to the teachings outside of personal sessions. And, I offer a free listening circle and meditation group, on-line every Saturday called Creating a New Dawn. You are invited to be a part of both programs.
